Our new home was to be a house to grow into.  That being our goal, getting the maximum potential square footage out of the space available and cost per square foot were of paramount importance. Bart managed the project with great professionalism from detailed monthly expendature lists to providing great alternatives of materials, fixtures and cost benefits - he worked very hard to try to keep us on budget after we made some last minute changes (full basement, stone fireplace, etc.) that knocked us up over our original budget.  He even added his own personal touch with his woodworking skills to dress up our window boxes and add some extra decorative items to the house for curb appeal.  All of which have had a tremendous positive impact on our resale value.  Bart was especially helpful in making decisions, such as paint and stain colors, which relieved alot of stress between my wife and I.  He is always just a phone call away to answer any questions or come make a repair.  He'll even come out and look at repairs not associated with the builiding process... such as when your dog chews up the wood and hardware on your front door!!!  They say if your marriage can last through building your first home together, you can withstand anything - well, thanks to Bart we made it with ease and are enjoying our beautiful home!  Bart definately made the building process easier than we ever anticipated or expected. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to do construction, whether building a new home or remodeling.  You won't be disappointed!
